Due to its rapid administrative reform and vast array of reformed services, the Ministry of Finance helps businesses reduce expenses and administrative burdens while boosting their operations.

Units within the Ministry of Finance have evaluated the impact on eight administrative procedures in five draft legislation texts related to management during the first half of 2024. The Ministry of Finance has announced the repeal of forty-two administrative procedures, the amendment, replacement, and supplementation of forty-five administrative procedures, as well as the announcement of thirteen new administrative procedures in eight decisions. The Ministry of Finance has updated and fully revealed both the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal and the National Public Service Portal timely.

There are currently 764 valid administrative procedures under the Ministry of Finance's control, down from 30 during the same period in June 2023. More administrative procedure documents (608) in the fields of insurance, accounting and auditing, information technology, banking and finance, and prices were received by the Ministry of Finance's One-Stop Department in the first half of 2024 than during the same period in June 2023.

The list of administrative procedures under its purview was released by the Ministry of Finance in order to keep the public informed about the evolving state of procedures pertaining to individuals and companies. The results are returned to the Ministry of Finance's One-Stop Department upon receipt of the handling authority.

The Ministry of Finance has examined and uploaded information about management-related business operations to the Government Office's Business Regulations Consultation Portal and Database System.

42 initiatives have been put out by the Ministry of Finance to streamline and lessen rules pertaining to company operations that fall under its state management between 2024 and 2025. Decider No. 412/QD-TTg authorized 09/42 plans have been implemented by the Ministry of Finance by June 30, 2024.
The Prime Minister also gave his approval to a plan that would streamline eighteen internal administrative processes related to public assets that are operated by the Ministry of Finance.

Decision No. 1015/QD-TTg's administrative procedures have been resolved through the implementation of 10/46 decentralization plans by the Ministry of Finance. The Ministry of Finance keeps reviewing and conducting research to create legal documents that will carry out the plans that have not yet been put into action.

The implementation of plans to streamline administrative procedures and documents was delegated to citizen papers linked to population management in 19 thematic Resolutions of the Government approving the plans. The Ministry of Finance's administration responsibilities include citizen papers pertaining to population control. The Ministry of Finance has carried out 32 out of 71 schemes thus far. Evaluate and publish a plan to put Resolution No. 104/NQ-CP's alternatives into action at the same time.
